Athens, February 3rd 2016. The personnel’s training is an issue that should concern a modern corporation.

KARABINIS MEDICAL pays special attention on its employee’s continuous training and development, always having at the core of activities its own people. The company through specialized training and development programs enables both, the professional and personal development of its employees

Specifically for the year 2015 the company provided the following educational seminars for its employees:

  • Sales Department: 597 hours in training programs related to the pharmacy market, sales and skills development
  • Accounting Department: Seminar on Feasibility on “New Greek Standards Seminar” lasting 8 hours
  • Company Staff: 50 hours of training of all the company’s employees in specialized CRM program, for better costumer management, partner’s administration and all the applied company’s processes targeting the improvement in all levels.
  • Scientific Ergonomics Seminar 3 hour’s length, conducted by professor of physical education and sport, Mr. Georgios Georgas, who analyzed the importance of ergonomics during work and ways of improving/correcting problematic ergonomics scenarios.
  • Scientific Ergonomics seminar, 3 hours length, conducted by professor of physical education and sport, Mr. Georgios Georgas, where was presented the importance of ergonomics during work and ways of improving /correcting problematic ergonomics scenarios.

For the year 2016 the company has planned a new series of educational seminars:

  • Sales Department: 430 hours in training programs related to the pharmacy market, sales and skills development. In the frame of the seminars scheduled for the current year, the company’s Sales Dpt. attended in January 2016, a 12-hour specialized seminar rapporteur Professor Nilos Bazionis in “Selling, Trading and After Sales Service».

The investment of the company for the years 2015-2016 for training and development programs, was officially estimated to exceed the amount of 10.000 €, while total training time was estimated at about 1,100 hours.
